11 Days In Iceland

Schoolhouse director Pete and his best mate Rick recently returned from a trek across Iceland. In a spontaneous decision at the end of last year, they decided to buy a cheap flight to this volcanic Island, with the plan to walk and camp around while Pete documented it with his camera.

They walked the Landmannalaugar to Skogar trail over four days (although they had initially planned for it to take them 7), across 79 kilometres of every different type terrain you could imagine, escorting them through amazing other-worldly landscapes, breathtaking scenery and of course testing weather which nearly destroyed all chances of returning home with any images to show. They finished up in a hire car seeing the rest of the remarkably diverse island and its many secrets.

Heres a little film of their time in Iceland, not to the usual standard of our work but hopefully inspiring enough to make you look for a flight yourself.
